Highnoon-Beximco MoU targets pharma collaboration in Pakistan

July 29, 2025(MLN): Highnoon Laboratories Limited (PSX: HINOON) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited, a leading Bangladesh-based pharmaceutical company, to collaborate on the distribution and marketing of specialized pharmaceutical products in Pakistan.

The partnership focuses on high-burden therapeutic areas including respiratory, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

Beximco, known for its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities accredited by regulatory authorities in the USA, Australia, European Union, Canada, and Brazil, will enable Highnoon to introduce newer therapies and dosage forms.

The partnership will also support the adoption of advanced delivery systems aimed at improving patient outcomes and access to innovative medications.

This strategic alliance also marks a notable step in strengthening trade relations and economic cooperation between Pakistan and Bangladesh.
