High Net Worth Individuals lead as NNAR allocates 33mn shares post book building

September 03, 2026 (MLN): Naya Nazimabad Apartment REIT (NNAR) has allocated a total of 33,046,875 shares to successful investors across various categories.

The High Net Worth Individuals secured the largest share at 14,900,096 units, followed by Mutual Funds with 9,158,675 units, as per the category-wise breakup issued after the strike price of Rs23.00 per share was determined through Book Building conducted on September 1 and 2, 2026.

According to a notice issued by Arif Habib Limited sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) , a total of 292 investors participated in the book building process, of which 249 were successful in securing allocation, out of total bids worth Rs4,551mn received against an issue size of Rs595mn.

Naya Nazimabad Apartments REIT has received an overwhelming response from investors, with its book-building process oversubscribed by 8 times, reflecting strong investor confidence in the offering and the underlying Naya Nazimabad development.

The book-building process attracted significant demand, with the issue hitting the upper ceiling of PKR 23 per unit, representing a 28% increase over the floor price.
