September 02, 2026 (MLN): Naya Nazimabad Apartments REIT has received an overwhelming response from investors, with its book-building process oversubscribed by 8 times and attracting total bids of approximately PKR 4.5 billion, reflecting strong investor confidence in the offering and the underlying Naya Nazimabad development.

The book-building process attracted significant demand, with the issue hitting the upper ceiling of PKR 23 per unit, representing a 28% increase over the floor price. The offering successfully raised PKR 1 billion in equity.

Following the successful completion of the book-building process, the general public subscription is scheduled for September 7 and 8, 2026. The public portion represents 25% of the total offer, with the remaining 75% allocated through the book-building process.

The strong participation marks an important milestone for Naya Nazimabad Apartments REIT and demonstrates growing investor interest in Pakistan’s REIT market and professionally managed real estate investment opportunities.

Naya Nazimabad Apartments REIT is managed by Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited, with Arif Habib Limited acting as Lead Manager.

Commenting on the successful book building, Shahid Ali Habib, CEO, Arif Habib Limited said, “The overwhelming response to Naya Nazimabad Apartments REIT is a strong endorsement of the confidence investors have placed in the offering.
