Hascol receives NBP offer for financing facilities restructuring

February 2, 2026 (MLN): Hascol Petroleum Limited (PSX: HASCOL) has received an offer letter dated January 29, 2026, from the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) relating to the restructuring and rescheduling of the company's financing facilities.

The Company’s Board of Directors will review the offer letter along with its terms and conditions in detail for consideration and acceptance, according to the company's statement issued today.

Management has characterized this development as a very important and crucial step achieved in the ongoing process of restructuring and rationalizing the company's financing facilities.

The offer letter reflects the confidence of a major financial institution in the company's turnaround efforts and future outlook.
