August 12, 2026 (MLN): Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited (PSX:HTL) has completed the acquisition of approximately 8.7 acres of land at Daulatpur, District Shaheed Benazirabad (Nawabshah), Sindh, for the proposed development and operation of an oil storage depot under the company's Oil Marketing Company (OMC) segment.

The company has stated that the acquisition represents an important strategic milestone, with the proposed depot intended to provide the essential storage and supply-chain infrastructure required to support the company's planned expansion of its retail fuel station network ("HTL Stations") across Sindh, subject to completion of applicable regulatory approvals and development requirements.

The company noted that at this stage of its OMC growth, the establishment of storage infrastructure in Sindh is particularly significant, as it is expected to strengthen HTL's operational presence in the southern region of Pakistan and provide a platform for the phased rollout of its retail network in the province.

Owing to its strategic location, the proposed depot is also expected to enhance the availability and continuity of petroleum product supplies for the company's retail network in Sindh, improve supply-chain efficiency and reduce transportation distances and logistical lead times, support the planned addition of new retail fuel stations in the province, facilitate sustainable volumetric growth of the company's OMC segment, and strengthen its long-term geographical diversification and market presence in southern Pakistan.

The company stated that development of the proposed depot will be undertaken in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and other relevant regulatory authorities.

The information was disseminated through a notification to the Exchange.
