Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs1,000 per tola

June 17, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Tuesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs361,300 per tola, down Rs1,000.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs309,756 after a decline of Rs857, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs283,953 per 10-gram.

 

On the other hand, silver prices rose in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs3,856 per tola (+Rs69) and Rs3,305 per 10-gram (+Rs59).

Globally, spot gold traded near $3,398 an ounce, down $4.8 or 0.14% from the previous session.

Gold prices fell on Tuesday as investors turned cautious ahead of the upcoming Federal Reserve policy meeting, despite ongoing tensions between Israel and Iran.
