November 11, 2025 (MLN): Ghani Chemical Industries Limited (PSX: GCIL) has completed the sale of 50,000 ordinary shares of its associated company, Ghani ChemWorld Limited (GCWL), to its directors, according to the Company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The transaction, executed on November 10, 2025, was carried out at the prevailing market price of Rs.18.40 per share.

This move follows approval by GCIL’s shareholders during the Annual General Meeting held on October 28, 2025.

The sale reflects the company’s ongoing strategic adjustments in its portfolio and aligns with shareholder-sanctioned decisions regarding associated company holdings.
