August 21, 2026 (MLN): Ghani ChemWorld Limited's (PSX:GCWL) Partially Redeemable Shares (PRS) will be listed on the Main Board of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) with effect from Monday, August 24, 2026.

Trading in the PRS will commence on the same day and will be settled on a T+1 basis, with the first settlement date falling on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

The Market Lot for the PRS has been fixed at 1 share of Rs100 each.

The PRS have already been declared an eligible security by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC), and all transactions will be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL).

NCCPL has assigned "GCWLPRS" to the shares as their Security Symbol.

The Opening Price of the PRS has been set at Rs100 per share, being the Issue/Offer price and Par Value of the PRS, with Normal Circuit Breakers applicable on the opening price in the Ready Market.

M/s Digital Custodian Company Limited will serve as the Share Registrar of the Company.
