GEMSPNL to be delisted from PSX following merger

March 31, 2026 (MLN): Supernet Limited (PSX:GEMSPNL)
will be delisted from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) effective Wednesday,
April 1, 2026, following its merger into Supernet Technologies Limited (PSX:STL).
All regulatory and procedural requirements related to the
transaction have been fulfilled, clearing the way for the company’s removal
from the exchange.
Under the merger arrangement, Supernet Limited has been
fully absorbed into Supernet Technologies Limited.
The aforementioned information was disseminated
through a notification to Exchange.
