Fatima Fertilizer subsidiary wins offshore exploration stakes

November 14, 2025 (MLN): Fatima Petroleum Company Limited (FPCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited (PSX: FATIMA), received a provisional award of participation interests in two offshore exploration blocks granted by the Directorate General of Petroleum Concessions (DGPC).

The blocks Offshore Deep C (2366-10) and Offshore Deep F (2366-12) are located in the Indus Offshore Basin. Under the awarded structure, FPCL will hold a 15% participation interest in each block, while TPOC will also hold 15%. Mari Energies takes the lead as operator with a 70% participation interest.
