March 02, 2026 (MLN): Engro Fertilizers Limited (PSX:EFERT) is undergoing a leadership transition following the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ali Rathore.

Mr. Rathore is set to remain in his current role until the completion of his notice period, ensuring a stable handover in line with corporate policy, according to the company's statement issued today.

During this interim period, the Board of Directors will initiate the process to identify and appoint a successor to lead the organization forward.

The company has expressed its sincere appreciation for Mr. Rathore’s leadership and the significant contributions he made during his tenure.
