Din Textile Mills raises solar capacity to 12.6 MW

August 21, 2026 (MLN): Din Textile Mills Limited
(PSX:DINT) has raised its total operational solar capacity to 12.6 MW,
completing and commissioning its previously planned solar expansion.
The company informed the that the update follows its
earlier disclosure dated December 9, 2025, under Section 96 and 131 of the
Securities Act 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Rule Book.
Earlier in December, the company had expanded its
renewable energy footprint, adding another 3.2MW to its operational solar
capacity, bringing the total installed and operational solar capacity to
11.2MW.
The aforementioned information was disseminated through
a notification to Exchange.
