Din Textile to establish new stitching facility, board approves

September 27, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Din Textile Mills Limited (PSX: DINT) has approved the establishment of a new bedsheet stitching unit as part of its expansion strategy in the textile sector.
This new unit will be located at our existing production facility and is expected to be operational by November 2024 subject to the timely completion of construction and equipment installation.
Additionally, the board has approved an interest-free long-term loan for directors amounting to Rs1 billion.
the loan would have to be repaid within the next fifteen days.
