June 01, 2026 (MLN): Dadex Eternit Limited (PSX:DADX) has entered into an agreement with Mr. Aqeel Karim Dhedhi for the disposal of its immovable property located at Plot No. Deh-22, Manghopir, Karachi-75890 for Rs. 800 million.

The transaction has received prior shareholder approval but remains subject to completion of procedural corporate and regulatory formalities.

The company said shareholders will be duly informed upon completion of the deal in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
