Dadex Eternit enters agreement for disposal of Karachi property

February 20, 2026 (MLN): Dadex Eternit Limited (PSX:DADX) has entered into an agreement with M/s. Sherjan Mosakhail & Sons, a registered partnership firm, for the disposal of its immovable property.

The transaction has been approved by shareholders and follows the required corporate authorization process, according to the company's statement issued today.

However, the deal remains subject to completion of procedural corporate and regulatory formalities and has not yet been finalized.

The company has not disclosed the financial terms of the transaction in the current filing.

Upon completion of the transaction, shareholders will be duly informed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
