Customs seizes Rs210m luxury NCP vehicles in Quetta

December 10, 2025 (MLN): Customs Enforcement Quetta has confiscated three luxury non-custom-paid vehicles worth about Rs210 million in a targeted anti-smuggling operation carried out on credible intelligence.

The intercepted vehicles include two bulletproof Toyota Land Cruiser V8s and a Lexus 450h, all taken into custody, according to the press release.

The operation was executed by the Mobile Squad in coordination with other law enforcement agencies after intelligence was relayed by the Chief Collector (Enforcement) in Islamabad.

Authorities say the seizure shows ongoing efforts to curb vehicle smuggling and illicit cross-border trade, a persistent challenge in Balochistan where high-value NCP vehicles frequently move through undocumented routes.

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) commended the enforcement team, noting that such high-value seizures are part of a broader crackdown aimed at strengthening revenue protections and reducing the circulation of untaxed, illegally imported vehicles in Pakistan’s market.
