September 10, 2026 (MLN): Cherat Cement Company Limited's (PSX:CHCC) Board has approved the appointment of KTrade Securities Limited as Manager to the Offer, for submitting the Public Announcement of Intention to Acquire at least 30% (33,177,164 shares) of Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited, held by majority shareholders.

The appointment was made in accordance with Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1 of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), with Cherat Cement acting as the Acquirer under the said provisions of the Securities Act, 2015, and the Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2017.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
