Chashma Sugar Mills completes amalgamation of wholly-owned subsidiary

September 11, 2025 (MLN): Chashma Sugar Mills Limited (PSX: CHAS) has successfully completed the amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ultimate Whole Foods (Private) Limited, under the approved Scheme of Amalgamation, according to the company's statement issued today.

The company stated that the merger process has now been finalized.

Earlier on August 21, the company has shared that its Board of Directors has approved a Scheme of Amalgamation with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ultimate Whole Foods (Private) Limited.

Furthermore, it also stated that this move is aimed at streamlining operations, enhancing administrative efficiency, and strengthening the Group’s overall financial and operational position in the long term.
