May 21, 2026 (MLN): Citi Pharma Limited (PSX:CPHL) has entered into a Strategic Financial Advisory Agreement with JS Global Capital Limited, which marks the beginning of a formal partnership focused on investment banking, capital markets, IPOs, REIT structures, fundraising, and strategic corporate initiatives.

The agreement was formalized during a visit by JS Global Capital Limited CEO Mr. Khalil Usmani and his team to Citi Pharma's manufacturing facility, where both sides held discussions with Citi Pharma CEO Rizwan Ahmad on strategic financial collaboration, capital market opportunities, future expansion plans, and long-term business growth.

The visiting delegation also toured Citi Pharma's state-of-the-art manufacturing plant and took part in a plantation activity, reflecting a shared commitment to sustainable growth and a forward-looking vision for the partnership.
