July 08, 2025 (MLN): Bawany Air Products Limited (PSX: BAPL)is the target of a planned acquisition involving approximately 600 million ordinary shares, representing around 98.76% of its total issued and paid-up capital.

The Public Announcement of Intention regarding this transaction is set to be published on July 09, 2025, in compliance with regulatory requirements, through one English-language daily newspaper, Business Recorder, and one Urdu-language daily newspaper, Roznama Dunya.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
