Court restrains Quice Food AGM till October 27

October 26, 2026 (MLN): The High Court of Sindh at Karachi has restrained the holding of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Quice Food Industries Limited (PSX: QUICE) till October 27, 2026, in view of ongoing litigation.
The court issued the restraint
through an ad-interim order dated October 19, 2026.
The AGM was scheduled for October
28, 2026 at 11:00am in Karachi, and notices for it had already been issued and
published.
The company will keep the
exchange, members/shareholders and the general public updated in line with the
directions and orders passed by the court on October 27, 2026.
The aforementioned information
was disseminated through a notification to
Exchange.
