BML receives full Rs12bn consideration for Cullinan Tower

September 2, 2026 (MLN): Bank Makramah Limited (PSX: BML) has received the remaining sale consideration for Cullinan Tower (formerly Summit Tower), located at Plot No. G-2, Block-2, Scheme-5, Clifton, Karachi.

The BML Board of Directors approved the sale of Cullinan Tower on July 3, 2025. Subsequently, on August 1, 2025, the Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) was executed and the down payment was received against the transaction.

The amount received completes the total sale consideration of Rs12bn, concluding the transaction successfully.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
