Azgard Nine extends Muzaffargarh sale deadline

July 02, 2025 (MLN): Azgard Nine Limited (PSX: ANL) has disclosed that the Agent Banks of its creditors have decided to further extend the deadline under the Creditors' Scheme of Arrangement for the sale of its Muzaffargarh Unit to December 31, 2025.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

This follows the recent communication that the application regarding the Scheme and the unit’s sale filed before the Lahore High Court (LHC) through the Creditors’ legal counsel, Ahmed & Qaziwill be taken up for hearing after the court's summer vacation.
