Air Link approves Rs200m investment for ZEXO Technologies

December 1, 2025 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Air Link Communication Limited (PSX: AIRLINK) has approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, ZEXO Technologies (Private) Limited, the company informed the exchange.

The decision was made in a board meeting held on December 1, 2025.

Air Link will invest Rs200 million in the new entity, divided into 20 million ordinary shares of Rs10 each.

ZEXO Technologies is being established to spearhead a broad range of operations.

This includes the manufacturing, import, export, distribution, retail, and e-commerce of smartphones, laptops, electronic accessories, home appliances, and other technology-driven products from selected additional brands.
