Agritech resumes urea plant operations

July 28, 2025(MLN): Agritech Limited (PSX: AGL) has successfully resumed normal operations at its Urea Plant following a temporary shutdown caused by a technical issue.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

The company had earlier communicated on July 22, 2025, that the plant required an immediate halt in operations due to the issue.

AGL has now confirmed that the plant has been restarted and is operating normally.

AGL was incorporated in Pakistan on 15 December 1959 as an unlisted Public Limited Company under the repealed Companies Act, 1913 (now the Companies Act, 2017).

The principal business of the Company is the production and sale of Urea and Granulated Single Super Phosphate fertilizer.
