FPCL joins Mari Energies and TPOC for offshore exploration

December 04, 2025 (MLN): Fatima Petroleum Company Limited (FPCL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited (PSX:FATIMA), has entered into partnerships with Mari Energies and Turkish Petroleum Overseas Company (TPOC) for the offshore blocks named Deep C and Deep F.

According to a filing made to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Mari Energies will operate both blocks, with FPCL and TPOC participating as joint venture partners.
