Zahidjee Textile says ZTL no longer its subsidiary

December 07, 2021 (MLN): Zahidjee Textile Mills Limited has announced on Tuesday that Zahidjee Towers (Pvt) Limited (ZTL) is no longer a subsidiary of the Zahidjee Textile Mills Limited, the company filing on PSX showed.

On March 31, 2021, Zahidjee Textile Mills Limited had approved the sale of 35.92 million shares of ZTL, representing 54.39 percent of the issued and paid-up share capital of ZTL.

The aforementioned sale now stands complete, the notice said.
