Unity Foods to issue 450 million right shares at par value

June 18, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Unity Foods Limited, in its meeting, held on June 18, 2020, has decided to increase paid-up share capital by issue of a further 450 million shares at par value (i.e. Rs 10 each).
According to the notification issued to Exchange, the right shares will be offered to the members in the proportion of approximately 82.71 right shares for every 100 shares held i.e. approximately 82.71% at par of Rs 10 per share.
