Unilever Pakistan gets a new CEO

January 16, 2020 (MLN): Unilever Pakistan Foods Limited (UPFL) via notification to Pakistan Stock Exchange has informed that Ms Shazia Syed, Director & Chief Executive is being transferred to Unilever Rotterdam and has therefore submitted her resignation from the Directorship and as Chief Executive of the Company.

The board accepted the resignation of Ms Shazia Syed as Director & Chief Executive of the company with effect from 31^st January 2020.

To fill this vacancy on Board, Mr Amir R. Paracha has been appointed as Director & Chief Executive of the Company effective 01^st February 2020.
