UBL to subdivide shares, cutting face value from Rs10 to Rs5

April 16, 2025 (MLN): United Bank Limited (PSX: UBL) to subdivide the face value of its shares from Rs10 per share to Rs5 per share.
The subdivision will be carried out in accordance with Section 85(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2017, in the ratio of 02 shares for every 01 share held.
