February 12, 2025 (MLN): Pakistan and Turkiye have reinforced their longstanding relationship and bilateral trade cooperation through Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s two-day visit to Pakistan.

Former SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Iftikhar Ali Malik highlighted the significance of this visit, emphasizing that it reaffirmed the strong bond between the two Muslim nations and their shared vision for regional stability and prosperity.

By deepening their strategic cooperation, both countries aim to enhance their global influence while addressing mutual challenges and opportunities, as APP reported.

Malik noted that President Erdogan’s visit underscored the enduring friendship and mutual respect between Pakistan and Turkiye, paving the way for stronger diplomatic and economic collaboration.

The high-level discussions focused on expanding trade volumes, identifying new opportunities for economic cooperation, and boosting investment in key sectors such as infrastructure, energy, and technology.

Both leaders are committed to leveraging their nations' strengths for sustainable development and long-term regional growth.
