Trading in the unpaid rights of Bankislami to commence from Oct 9

October 3, 2019 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange has approved the schedule of issue of Right Shares of BankIslami Pakistan Limited. In this regard, trading in the Unpaid Rights of the Company will start on the Exchange with effect from Wednesday October 9, 2019. The first settlement date will be on October 11, 2019.

As per the official notice, the Unpaid Rights of the Company have already been declared as eligible security by the Central Depositary Company Pakistan Limited (CDC) and all the transactions shall be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited, which has already assigned the Company Code/Security Symbol as ‘BIPLR2’.
