TPL Trakker submits its listing application to PSX for proposed IPO

November 29, 2019 (MLN): TPL Corporation Limited (TPL) via notification to PSX has announced that the TPL Trakker Limited (TPLT) which is a whole subsidiary, has now submitted its listing application along with the prospectus to PSX for proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO).
To recall, TPLT will be offering 115,719,500 ordinary shares of the face value of Rs 10 each, at a price of Rs 12 through Initial Public Offering (IPO) at a fixed price.
