TPL Trakker declares successful equity transfer to Gargash Group

February 10, 2025 (MLN): The commencement of the transfer of ownership process, as declared by TPL Trakker Limited (PSX: TPLT) on September 27, 2024, has now been successfully completed.
This was achieved through the acquisition of a 50.1% equity stake in Trakker Middle East LLC by the Gargash Group.
The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
The company firmly believes that this important collaboration will accelerate our growth path, improve efficiency through combined operations, and expand our market influence, setting us up for sustained success.
