TPL REIT Fund I to be listed on PSX

December 26, 2023 (MLN): The Board of Directors (BoD) of TPL REIT Management Company Limited (TPL RMC) has accorded its approval for the listing of TPL REIT Fund I on the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX), said a notice issued by the company today.

The last reported Net Asset Value of the fund is Rs28.99 billion.

TPL RMC is a wholly owned subsidiary of TPL Properties Limited (PSX: TPLP).

This listing will be conducted by way of a Fixed Price Listing through an offer for sale to the public (OFS), it said.

Existing unitholders will participate on a pro-rata basis, with the price per unit determined by the TPL RMC based on the Net Asset Value (NAV) prevailing at the time of the unit sale.

However, the aforesaid procedure shall remain subject to obtaining necessary approvals and consents from the Anchor Investor(s) and the Regulators, the notice said.
