TPL Properties qualified as Shariah-compliant

October 6, 2022 (MLN): TPL Properties has been awarded ‘Shariah Compliance Certificate’ after screening of the company’s financial statements, a company filing showed on Thursday.

“We are pleased to announce that TPL Properties Ltd has been awarded the ‘Shariah Compliance Certificate’ and has been declared a shariah compliant security by Al-Hilal Shariah Advisors,” the notice read.

The certificate has been issued after a thorough analysis of the financial statements of the company based on various Shariah screening criteria including the criteria of the Pakistan Stock Exchange and the criteria issued by the Shariah Supervisory Council.
