August 6, 2019 (MLN): Topline Securities Limited has submitted Acquirer’s Public Announcement of Intention to acquire more than 30% of issued and paid up capital by way of subscription of new shares along with management control of Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited, on behalf of its client Bioexyte Foods Private Limited.
