MLCF board clears amalgamation of PIOC, subject to LHC nod
Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited's (PSX:MLCF) Board of Directors has approved a Scheme of Arrangement for the merger of Pioneer Cement Limited (PIOC) with and into the company, subject to shareholder approval and sanction by the Lahore High Court, marking the final step in MLCF's full absorption.

PIOC book closure starts January 27
Pioneer Cement Limited (PSX: PIOC) share transfer books will remain closed from January 27 to February 2, 2026, for the purpose of determining eligibility for the public offer by Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited, according to the company’s filing on PSX revealed today.

CCP clears Maple Leaf’s bid for bigger stake in Pioneer Cement
