CCP clears Maple Leaf’s bid for bigger stake in Pioneer Cement
The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) has authorized Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited to acquire additional shareholding in Pioneer Cement Limited, concluding that the move will not create a monopoly in the cement sector.
