Fauji Cement Company Limited (PSX: FCCL) and Kot Addu Power Company Limited (PSX: KAPKO) have entered into a share purchase agreement to jointly acquire a controlling stake in Attock Cement Pakistan Limited, according to disclosures filed with the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Friday.
