SE Fruits and Vegetable individual investors lead IPO Book Building allocation
SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited saw individual investors emerge as the largest allottee group in its Initial Public Offering Book Building conducted on September 21-22, 2026, picking up 11,789,315 shares across 39 successful bidders, against 10,710,685 shares allocated to 22 institutional investors, with the strike price determined at Rs40 per share.

On June 30, 2026, SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited closed its books on PKR303.82 million in profit, but generated just PKR3.74 million in cash from its core operations. The gap was not a small accounting wrinkle; trade receivables had ballooned to nearly PKR1 billion as mango shipments went out near year-end. Management says the cash arrived later, more than 97% had been collected by September 18.
