Fauji Cement Company Limited (PSX:FCCL) has completed the acquisition of an 84.06% equity stake in Attock Cement Pakistan Limited, following the execution of a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) dated 30 January 2026 between the Company, Kot Addu Power Company Limited (collectively the "Purchasers"), and Pharaon Investment Group Limited Holding S.A.L. (the "Seller").
