January 29, 2025 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Supernet Limited (PSX: GEMSPNL) has authorized the company to explore a potential merger with Supernet Technologies Limited (STL), formerly known as Hallmark Company Limited.

In a meeting held today at the company's corporate office, the board approved to formulation and propose the merger terms, initiate discussions with STL, and conduct feasibility studies and valuations.

The board also authorized the preparation of draft documents related to the proposed arrangement, which will be presented for further consideration.

Additionally, Supernet Limited has been empowered to engage legal, financial, and other relevant advisors to facilitate the process. This strategic move signals a possible consolidation within the company's operations, potentially enhancing its market position and operational efficiency.
