SNB pulls back from selling Samba Bank Pakistan stake

November 12, 2024 (MLN): The Saudi National Bank (SNB), majority shareholder of Samba Bank Limited (PSX: SBL), has terminated the process to sell its equity stake in Samba Pakistan.

SBL shared the development in its notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Tuesday.

The decision follows the completion of due diligence and exploration efforts related to the potential sale.
