Sitara Developers acquires shares in Sitara Chemical

June 04, 2025 (MLN): Sitara Chemical Industries Limited (PSX: SITC) has disclosed that its associated company, Sitara Developers (Private) Limited, acquired 48,896 shares of the company at a rate of Rs440 per share.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

SITC was incorporated in Pakistan on September 08, 1981 as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1913 (now the Companies Act, 2017).

The principal activities of the Company are operating Chlor Alkali plant, Oleo chehmical plant and yarn spinning unit.
