Siddiqsons Tin Plate reopens winder plant ahead of schedule

February 26, 2024 (MLN): Siddiqsons Tin Plate Limited (PSX: STPL) has decided to re-open the company's winder plant from Tuesday, February 27, 2024, as revealed by the company through a notice issued to PSX today.

The decision to resume operations comes sooner than expected, as the company had earlier announced on February 16 to shut down its plant until March 3rd, 2024.

It is important to mention that STPL's principal activity is manufacturing and sale of tin plates, cans, and other steel products.

At the time of writing, the company's scrip is trading under the greenzone, up by 15 paisa or 2.37% compared to the previous closing.
