Shareholders approves sale of Hyderbad factory: ZIL Limited

December 12, 2024 (MLN): The shareholders of Zil Limited have approved the sale of its Hyderabad factory, including a 3-acre 26-ghunta plot of freehold land, along with a range of assets, the company’s filing on PSX revealed today.

The approved deal encompasses the factory building, plant machinery, equipment, capital spares, furniture, fixtures, and tools, all located at Link Hali Road in Hyderabad.

The shareholders also authorized the Board to delegate powers for the "Assets Sale" to the Chairman, CEO, any Director, or other designated individuals, on terms they deem fit, to execute all necessary actions to implement the sale and related transactions.
