January 28, 2020 (MLN): The Shareholders of Imperial Sugar Limited, in their Annual General Meeting held on January 28, have approved the sale of freehold land, buildings on freehold land, plant and machinery and other assets of the company located at District Mandi Mandi Bahauddin.
