Shanghai Electric requests 90 day extension for acquiring 66.4% of KEL shares

June 28, 2019 (MLN): Shanghai Electric Power Company Limited has requested an extension of 90 days in making the Public Announcement of Offer for acquisition of 66.40% shares of k-Electric Limited.

A Public Announcement of Intention for the same purpose was made on December 25, 2018 and Arif Habib Limited is acting as the Manager to the Offer for this acquisition. The announcement for offer was originally to be made by June 23, 2019.
