September 30, 2019 (MLN): K-Electric Limited has received fresh public Announcement of Intention (PAI) from Shanghai Electric Power Company Limited to acquire up to 66.40% voting shares of K-Electric Limited.

The aforementioned information was disseminated by the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Monday.
