Service Industries acquires Service Global Footwear Ltd via Scheme of Arrangement

February 03, 2020 (MLN): Service Industries Limited has informed that the Honorable Lahore High Court has approved the Scheme of Compromises, Arrangements and Reconstruction between Service Industries Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiary Service Global Footwear Limited.

Earlier, the company filed merger petition in which it sought sanction of the Scheme of Compromises, Arrangements and Reconstruction and transfer of the undertaking, assets and liabilities.

The aforesaid information was circulated by the company via notification to PSX today
